Popped to Scale
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
A tiny game made by Lucas Leme and Dan Andrus for the GMTK Game Jam 2024 using Godot 4.3.
You are caping in the forest, but forgot to bring food! All you have are popcorn kernels, portable stoves, and your wits!
Balance the scales to cook your popcorn kernels until they pop. Don't let them get too close tot he stoves or else they will burn! And be careful, because it's windy out today. You have 60 seconds to make as much popcorn as possible.
We didn't get around to adding sound, music, or many of the planned visual effects. But between our full-time jobs, learning Godot, and other responsibilities, we had fun making this.
Game as made using Godot 4.3.
All other assets we made ourselves.

Open the project files using Godot 4.3 or later.
Game can be run on Windows on Mac using the compiled binaries.
